Meats

Lepp Farm Market meats come from animals that are raised locally and fed all-vegetarian diets. Our beef comes from animals that are raised without the use of added growth hormones or antibiotics. Our chicken and pork are raised without the use of antibiotics, and like other Canadian pork and poultry, are raised without the use of growth hormones. Every animal is processed at local, government inspected plants. Meat processing is done on-site at Lepp Farm Market by our own experienced and talented butchers.

Dry Aged Beef

Our cattle are hand-selected and raised for Lepp Farm Market on a small local feedlot. A diet of grasses, grains and silage enhances fl avour and meat marbling in the beef. It is then dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days, which results in a more tender, fl avourful and tasty meat.

Free Run Poultry

Our chickens are raised on the Lepp Farm and given ample indoor living space, which allows for natural fl ock behaviour in an effort to provide optimal, low stress living conditions for our birds.

High Quality Pork

Our pigs are raised in roomy pens on the Lepp Farm. This means they are less stressed, which leads to an overall health improvement in the herd. They are fed high-quality grains supplemented with liquid whey. Our smoked hams and tender bacon are all made with our own pork by our skilled butchers.

Fresh and Smoked Sausage

Our handmade sausages are prepared in-house by our experienced butchers and are made with top quality Lepp Meats. Gluten-free products are also available.

Produce

Rob and Charlotte Lepp have been selling their Peaches 'N Cream and Tuxedo corn at the Green Corn Stand at this location since 1995. When you visit the Market, you'll see many varieties of produce sold by Lepp Farm Market, including their own crops, and those from other Fraser Valley growers equally committed to cultivating sustainable agricultural practices.

Along with the year-round produce typically available in the store, the produce that is currently "in-season" or local is:

FRUIT:

  • Apples
  • Fall Raspberries
VEGETABLES:
  • Winter squashes
  • Carrots
  • Peppers, Cucumbers and Tomatoes
  • Cauliflower
  • Butter Lettuce
  • Cabbage
  • Mushrooms
  • Potatoes
  • Green Beans
See the Facebook video, from May 2010, of Rob explaining the tarping of the corn at www.facebook.com/leppfarmmarket
