We kick off in mid-January with the perfect winter class, Soup and Bread.  The all time most popular recipe on the web is the crusty artisanal “no-knead” bread, and Angela has perfected it.  Not only is Angela Boon is a passionate home chef and gifted teacher, but she has learnt how to make almost everything from scratch and on a budget while still bursting with tons of great flavour.  She’s also offering a “Confidence in the Kitchen” series highlighting the 3 main proteins, and showcasing easy ways to give your dinner menus variety.  Whether you purchase one class or all three, this is the PERFECT gift for the beginner chef or a busy cook who wants to learn how to conquer meal planning and bring some sanity back to their crazy dinner hour.  

Tammy Woods, a renowned hunter, lover of game meats and accomplished chef will be here to cook up some creative dishes using local game meats.  Her engaging personality and crazy stories make this a fun class for the hunter in your family!   Chef Trevor Bird, owner of Vancouver’s wildly popular Fable restaurant is back with the kind of class where you just sit back, enjoy watching his skillful hands, pepper him with questions and delight in the most delicious dishes he whips up.
