It’s finally here, the long-awaited Cooking Class Schedule for Fall. Lots of your favorites are returning, and we’ve added a few new exciting classes. The always sold out hands-on sausage making classes are back with Chef Nick and Butcher Jason, and to keep things interesting they’ve added an Oktoberfest theme, as well as a game meat class.
Our friend and dedicated home cook Angela Boon is back! Her “Confidence in the Kitchen” series is for anyone who is looking for more simple, home-cooked, healthy meals for their family. Nothing fancy schmancy here, just lots of great tips and tricks and easy recipes you’ll be sure to duplicate at home.
