Market Events

At Lepp Farm Market we’re all about
creating a culture of connection.

Which is why we love to put on community events every year! After years of doing this, we’ve narrowed it down to four annual events, one for each season. We’d love to see you out this year, come say hi and bring the family! Here’s what we have in store for 2019:

Lepp’s 9th Anniversary Celebration
May 4th & 5th, 11am – 4pm

Come on out to Lepp’s 9th Anniversary Celebration! We’re hosting our first BBQ of the season all weekend long, rain or shine, plus frying up fritters again, too! Enjoy free activities for the kids and live music from local musician Ryan McAllister.

Learn how to transform a simple store-bought bouquet into your own signature centrepiece for Mother’s Day by attending free hourly demos by the Bouquet Farm. Just purchase a market bouquet & a mason jar to participate.  Be sure to grab a seat early, as seating is limited.

Hourly workshops to begin at quarter after the hour, with the final one starting at 3:15pm.

Miss Ashley’s Barnyard will be on site with her mobile petting zoo, plus free mini golf, face-painting and a bouncy castle.

As a thank you for supporting local all these years, we’re giving away cupcakes between 12:30pm – 1:30pm, while supplies last.

Corn & Peach Festival
August 10 & 11, 11am – 4pm

We’ve returned to the original name of this event, because no matter how we tried to change it, our whole team kept calling it Corn & Peach Festival. It’s fitting though, since corn and peaches are two major crops that we grow! Corn grows at our farms in Abbotsford, and the peaches grow on our orchard in Osoyoos. We’ll be firing up the BBQ with all of our usual housemade burgers, smokies and hot dogs, plus making Mexican Street Corn. And for all of you bakers out there, be sure to enter our Annual Peach Pie Competition!

October 5 & 6, 10am – 4pm

Every year we invite the Mobile Juice Factory out to Abbotsford all the way from the Okanagan so that you can see apple juice made right in front of you, and taste the fresh pressed apple cider, still warm from the flash-pasteurization. This weekend we’re celebrating the abundant variety of apples grown in the Okanagan, on our own orchard and surrounding. This is always the best weekend to stock up on apples for baking and storing.

Taste of the Market
November 30 & Dec 1, 11am – 4pm

The Christmas market for food-lovers! Kicking off the season of entertaining, we invite local food makers out for a weekend of sampling! This is a great way to get ideas and inspiration for your appetizers, plus take advantage of sales around the market on items you’ll want to stock up on for Christmas.
