Turnip & Carrot MashPrint Print Without Images
3 turnips, chopped
4 cups carrots, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
Salt, pepper & sugar to taste
- Place turnips and carrots in a pot of boiling water, and boil until tender (approximately 20 minutes.)
- Drain, add butter, salt, pepper and sugar to taste and mash.
