Nose to Tail Butchery

Strolling in front of our 50-foot meat counter is a mouthwatering experience, with all the different cuts of fresh meats, marinated meats, fresh sausages and deli meats but do you know there’s so much more to it than that? All of it is handcrafted and butchered right on site here at our market. Our team of butchers, meat-cutters and sausage makers work tirelessly to bring you the freshest cuts of meat, practicing nose-to-tail butchery so that nothing goes to waste. Lepp Farm Poultry

The chickens grown at Lepp Farms in Abbotsford are raised on an antibiotic-free, all-vegetable diet. They are cage free and have ample space to freely roam and scratch. This provides an optimal, low-stress environment for natural, tender meat.

Lepp Farm Pork

Also raised on Lepp Farms in Abbotsford, our pigs live in roomy pens, leading to less stress, better health, and more tender meat. We feed them only the highest quality grains supplemented with liquid whey, and their all-vegetable diet is antibiotic free and have no added growth hormones.

Lepp’s Dry-Aged Beef

Raised on the vast 100,000-acre Crown Range Land in the BC Interior, our cattle roam free in the hills during spring and summer. For winter, the animals are moved to the 1600-acre Hat Creek Land and Cattle ranch where they enjoy a natural diet of grass, grains, and silage for enhanced flavouring and meat marbling. We hand-select our own cattle and ensure all of our Black Angus beef comes from animals that are raised without the use of added growth hormones and antibiotics.

When the beef arrives at the market, it’s dry aged for a minimum of 21 days for enhanced flavour. Our talented butchers prepare fresh cuts daily at the market, so it’s always tender and delicious. If you ask, our butchers will also be happy to make you a specialty cut.

Locally Sourced

Displayed in our meat case, we offer a variety of Ocean Wise certified seafood when in season. Be sure to call ahead to see what’s in stock.
