Cashier + Guest Experience Rep at Lepp’s Daily Market

The key areas of ownership and accountability are:

  • Engaging with guests in an authentic, energetic way, getting people excited about our concept and product offering
  • Ensuring the retail space is clean and tidy
  • Assisting other team members through various tasks including restocking the shelves and setting up product displays

Role Requirements:

  • Retail/Hospitality experience, working directly with customers
  • Keen to learn and wants to grow experience
  • Able to work both independently/autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members
