Performance Expectations
As a market chef there is never a dull moment. Batch cooking soups, preparing meals for the grab & go and cooking up the day’s lunch features are only the beginning. Have a hand in creating seasonal features and continuously learning new recipes. And it’s not all behind the scenes – being a fanatical daymaker means giving suggestions to our guests as to how to cook an item they never have before and to help them cook a meal from scratch.
- Professional Cook Level One or relevant professional kitchen experienced required for this position. (Level Two is preferred.)
- Food Safe Level One required within 3 months of hire.
- Wage negotiable upon level of education and experience.
