- 1.5lbs Green Beans, ends trimmed
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Glaze
- 1 ½ Tbsp Miso Paste
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 ½ Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- ½ Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
Garnish
- Chili Flakes
- Crispy Onions
- Zest of a Lemon
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375ºF.
- Toss green beans with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread evenly on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and roast for 7 mins.
- In a large bowl, whisk together miso, Dijon mustard, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, lemon juice, and chili flakes till smooth. Reserve 2 Tbsp of glaze and set aside.
- Add the roasted green beans to the bowl with the remaining glaze and toss to coat.
- Return to the sheet pan and spread evenly. Roast for 3 mins until the sauce is bubbly.
- Plate the beans and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Garnish with lemon zest, crispy onion and chili flakes depending on desired heat level.
