Turnip & Carrot Mash

3 turnips, chopped
4 cups carrots, chopped

2 tbsp. butter
Salt, pepper & sugar to taste

  1. Place turnips and carrots in a pot of boiling water, and boil until tender (approximately 20 minutes.)
  2. Drain, add butter, salt, pepper and sugar to taste and mash.
  3. Enjoy!
