This pizza is cheesy, gooey, garlicky, and bursting with flavour from the sweet peaches, double-smoked bacon, and fresh basil. The perfect, savoury way to enjoy Okanagan peaches this season.


Ingredients

Lepp’s Pizza Dough

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

1 teaspoon Italian herbs

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup ricotta cheese

2 large peaches, pitted and sliced

68 Slices of Lepp’s Double-Smoked Bacon, chopped

Grated Parmesan Cheese

Fresh Basil

Farmer’s Dotter Garlic Scape Salt (to taste)
