For the patties:
1 lb Lepp Farm’s ground pork
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp pineapple juice
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Spanglish Asadero Spicy Al Pastor Seasoning (generously season)
For the burger:
Pineapple, thinly sliced
Smoke Show Aioli (available at the market!)
Combine the pork, cilantro, onion, garlic, oil, pineapple juice, Spanglish Asadero Spicy Al Pastor Seasoning, egg and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Mix together thoroughly. Divide and form in equal size patties, about 4.
Grill until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit.
Toast buns and assemble the burger with the suggested toppings.
