Ginger Beef Kimchi Bowls


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1.5lbs ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp minced ginger

For topping:

  • 12 avocadoes, sliced
  • 2 cups of Butter lettuce, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup kimchi
  • ½ cup radishes, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan on medium heat, add the garlic and ginger and saute for 2-3 minutes or until softened and fragrant.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Prepare your toppings.
  4. Time to assemble the bowls! Layer the beef on top of the rice and then add the suggested toppings in whatever amounts you prefer! Drizzle a bit of soy sauce on top, season with salt and pepper if needed and enjoy!
