Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1.5lbs ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp minced ginger
For topping:
- 1–2 avocadoes, sliced
- 2 cups of Butter lettuce, roughly chopped
- ½ cup kimchi
- ½ cup radishes, thinly sliced
- Soy sauce for topping
Instructions
- In a large frying pan on medium heat, add the garlic and ginger and saute for 2-3 minutes or until softened and fragrant.
- Add the ground beef and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Prepare your toppings.
- Time to assemble the bowls! Layer the beef on top of the rice and then add the suggested toppings in whatever amounts you prefer! Drizzle a bit of soy sauce on top, season with salt and pepper if needed and enjoy!
