1½ tsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ garlic clove,* finely grated
¼ tsp kosher salt*

Roasted Green Beans
1.5lbs Green Beans, ends trimmed

½ tsp kosher salt*
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
Tahini Drizzle Sauce
Mix the sauce ingredients together until smooth.
Roasted Green Beans
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Prepare green beans by washing, then trimming the ends.
Pile the green beans on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with the oil, then sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Toss well, rubbing the oil into the florets. Spread the green beans out on the pan in a single layer. Roast for 12 minutes until they are crisp-tender (they will cook more from the residual heat) and some of the beans are a little charred and crisp (my favorite part!). Transfer to a plate.
Drizzle the green beans with the tahini sauce. Use it all! Sprinkle with toasted almonds and serve immediately.
Best served freshly made, though leftovers will keep in the fridge for 2 days. Not suitable for freezing.
