Make an authentic pork souvlaki using SpiceWorks Greek Souvlaki Marinade
1 lb pork
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Spice Works Greek Souvlaki Marinade
Mix 1 Tbsp each of marinade, olive oil, water & lemon for each lb of meat.
Pour over meat and mix to coat thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate, ideally for several hours or overnight.
Drain and discard excess marinade.
Bake or BBQ as usual.
