Lepp’s Bakehouse dinner rolls
1 1/2 cups Lepp’s pizza sauce
36 slices of Lepp’s pizza pepperoni (this allows for 3 slices per slider, feel free to add more if you’d like)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp fresh garlic
1/2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried parsley
3 Tbsp parmesan cheese
Preheat your oven to 375.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, garlic, oregano, parsley, and parmesan. Set aside.
Slice the dinner rolls in half without separating the buns. Place the bottom halves onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the pizza sauce over the bottom halves of the dinner rolls.
Top each bun with 3 slices of pizza pepperoni. Spread the mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
Place the tops of the dinner rolls onto the sliders.
Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the dinner rolls.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
