Our sausage of the month for July is Texas BBQ! It’s the perfect balance of sweet and spicy with just a kiss of smokiness. It’s everything you want in a sausage for your summer grilling. 

Serve it with some macaroni salad, on a bun, or with some roasted potatoes for a delicious meal.

Passionfruit Lemonade

It’s a tangy, sweet blend of passionfruit and lemon curd, swirled with creamy Birchwood Vanilla Ice Cream.

Available in half pints and cones for the month of July.

    All of our meat is butchered and made in-house, by our talented team of butchers.

    • Cedar Board Salmon: Available now at the meat counter, we’ve seasoned some fresh steelhead fillets and put them on a cedar board. When grilled, the cedar aroma flavors the fish with a smoky taste.
    • Summer Smokies: Introducing Texas BBQ, Korean BBQ, and Jalapeno Cheddar in addition to our regulars. Fire up the grill and enjoy these summer flavours for the season.
    • Chicken family packs: We now have 8 packs of boneless skinless chicken breasts, 8 packs of chicken legs, and 8 packs of chicken thighs on family pack pricing. Save $4.75/lb on chicken breast and $2.25/lb on chicken legs & thighs.
