Cedar Plank Salmon: Available now at the meat counter, we've seasoned some fresh steelhead fillets and put them on a cedar board. When grilled, the cedar aroma flavors the fish with a smoky taste. Sausage Of The Month: Our Sausage of the Month for June is Longanisa! This traditional Filipino sausage has a garlicky, sweet flavour and a touch of heat. Delicious pan-fried, grilled, or even baked! Traditionally eaten with fried rice and eggs for breakfast, but it tastes just as good at any time of the day.

Breakfast Buddies: It's our take on a classic diner breakfast sausage, perfect with pancakes, waffles, and... just about anything. They're made fresh in-house by our sausage makers, using Lepp Farm-raised pork. Available in packs of 25 for $20. Grab them from our meat case!
