Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sliders

These bufflo chicken slider sandwiches are the perfect quick and easy weeknight dinner β and the leftovers make great lunches. Plus, theyβre easy to batch cook to keep the kids fed all week long.
Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sliders
Ingredients
12-Pack of Leppβs dinner rolls
mayonnaise (to taste)
Leppβs ranch dressing
2 cupsΒ chicken, cooked and shredded
1 cupΒ shredded cheddar cheese
buffalo sauce of choice (to taste)
roma tomato, or tomato on the vine, sliced
Leppβs leafy green lettuce
homemade buffalo sauce (optional)Β
1/2 cupΒ hot sauce
1/2 cupΒ melted butter
1/2 tspΒ paprika
1/2 tspΒ onion powder
1/2 tspΒ garlic powder
1/2 tspΒ salt
1/2 tspΒ pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, hot sauce and spices for your homemade buffalo sauce. Pour over the shredded chicken and toss together to coat evenly.
Slice dinner rolls in half without separating the rolls. Place the bottom halves onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the dinner rolls.
Spread the shredded buffalo chicken on top of the mayonnaise, then sprinkle the cheddar cheese.
Drizzle with a generous portion of Leppβs ranch dressing.
Place the tops of the dinner rolls onto the sliders.
Bake for 15 β 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
To serve, add fresh slices of tomato and Leppβs leafy green lettuce to each slider. Drizzle with more of Leppβs ranch dressing before placing the tops of the sliders back on top. Enjoy!
