These Citrus Pork Lettuce Wraps are packed with so much flavour, you will be coming back for more again and again! The bright, citrusy sauce is poured into the pan, allowing the ground meat to marinate in it while it cooks. Feel free to use any ground meat you like in this recipe, including pork, chicken, turkey, beef, or even tofu for a vegan option. The marinated meat is then wrapped in Lepp’s Butter lettuce leaves and topped with a creamy peanut sauce. You can add some cooked rice to make this more filling, and some chopped peanuts or water chestnuts for extra texture. And if cilantro is your thing, sprinkle a bit on top to bring all the flavours together! Don’t hold back from dipping the wrap into more peanut sauce before diving in!
