Lemon Miso Green Beans

What is Miso?
Miso is a traditional Japanese paste made by fermenting soybeans with salt and a culture called kลji. This fermentation process creates deep, savory flavour while also offering beneficial probiotics, antioxidants, and essential nutrients. For this recipe, we love usingย Amano Foods Shiro Miso, a light, subtly sweet white miso thatโs perfect for bright vegetable dishes. Amano Food was founded in Vancouver and is known for crafting small-batch, organic miso using traditional methods. Its gentle umami adds depth without overpowering, letting the lemon and chili shine.
