The Viral Dill Pickle Dip

If youβve spent any time on social media lately, youβve probably seen the viral dill pickle dip making the rounds. We decided to give it a Leppβs twist, using our famous Leppβs dill pickles and plenty of Leppβs double-smoked bacon. Creamy, tangy, smoky, and packed with flavour, itβs the kind of dip that disappears quickly at barbecues, potlucks, and summer gatherings. Try it and see what all the hype is about!

The Viral Dill Pickle Dip
Ingredients
2 cupsΒ finely chopped Leppβs Dill Pickles (aboutΒ 1Β jar)
2 tbspΒ Pickle Brine
8ozΒ softened cream cheese
1 cupΒ plain Greek yogurt
1 cupΒ sour cream
2–4Β tbsp ranch seasoning (based on your taste)
1/2 cupΒ chopped green onions
1/4 cupΒ chopped fresh dill
1/2 cupΒ Leppβs Bacon, cooked & chopped
3/4 cupΒ shredded cheese
1–2Β tsp hot sauce of choice β we used Mumβs Okanagan Hot Sauce
Instructions
Place the cream cheese in a large bowl and whip till smooth and easily spreadable.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Place it back into the pickle jar for a fun serving vessel and easy transport!
Notes
Pretty much anything is good dipped into this! But we especially loved it with Hardbite Rugged Natural Chips, Neal Brothersβ Corn Chips, Pretzels, or fresh carrot sticks!
