Deli + Guest Experience Rep at Lepp’s Bakehouse

The key areas of ownership and accountability are:

  • Engaging with guests in an authentic, energetic way, getting people excited about our bakery and deli offering
  • Setting up and presenting the deli case in an appetizing way for our guests
  • Making incredible sandwiches and helping guests with charcuterie selections

Role Requirements:

  • Retail/Hospitality experience, working directly with customers
  • Keen to learn and wants to grow experience
  • Able to work both independently/autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members
