Our deli and guest experience reps provide a great guest experience by engaging guests in an authentic, energetic way, getting people excited about our bakery and deli offerings. Our team cares about providing guests with great food in a great environment, working on setting up and presenting the deli case in an appetizing way for guests to learn about our product, while taking care of the cleanliness of the cafe and responding to guest needs in our seating area. Successful deli and guest experience reps are masters of multi-tasking, making incredible sandwiches and helping guests make charcuterie selections. Winning as a team means filling in wherever needed, whenever possible.
Relevant experience is always great, especially with retail and hospitality experience, working directly with customers. We are looking for those who are keen to learn and want to grow in their experience, able to work both independently/autonomously as well as collaboratively with team members.
- Food Safe Level One required within 3 months of hire.
- Must be able to properly lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be age 19+
- Full-Time or Part-Time day time hours (includes weekends)
