Located on the edge of Lepp Farms on the corner of Highway 11 & Clayburn Rd, our family-run farm market is open year-round. In the winter you’ll find our own farmed meats, holiday turkeys, and plenty of locally sourced & gourmet pantry items. During the summer months our produce department more than doubles as we source from farms all over the Fraser Valley & Okanagan Valley, including our own farms & orchards.

Lepp's Ice Cream Shack
Open Monday - Thursday 3pm - 6pm & Friday - Sunday 11am - 6pm
We’re serving up our real fruit ice cream in waffle cones (or bowls)! Our ice cream is made with Lepp Farm strawberries, BC berries, and Birchwood Dairy Ice Cream. All of our cones are available in regular or kids-sized. Choose from strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, or blackberry.
Gluten or dairy-free? We got you! We can make your ice cream using Nora’s Coconut Milk Ice Cream and also have gluten-free waffle cones.
Getting Here
Coming from Highway 1, take Exit 9 toward Mission/USA border.
Continue on Highway 11 (Sumas Way).
Turn right to stay on Highway 11.
Turn right onto Clayburn Rd, then left into our parking lot.

Our market is equipped with ample space for parking, and is popular for RVs & Trailers to stop by to stock up on market goods as they head through town.
Our parking lot is for customers only. Please be aware that we are located on private property and lock our gate when the market is closed.
