Our Guest Experience Ambassador is an outgoing, observant people-person who creates memorable first and last impressions for every guest who walks through our doors. This role is about more than greeting guests with a smile; it is about being a visible, approachable, and attentive presence in the market. By staying engaged with guests, aware of store activity, and committed to our company standards, you help create a safe, welcoming, and well-cared-for environment for everyone.

You are the kind of person who notices the little things: a guest who looks lost, a busy entrance that needs attention, a display that needs straightening, or a situation that may require a calm and professional response. You understand that excellent service and loss prevention go hand in hand. A clean, organized, high-energy store with engaged team members is not only great for guests, it also helps reduce loss and protect the Lepp Farm Market experience.

Performance Expectations

As a Guest Experience Ambassador, you will maintain a strong and welcoming presence at the front of the store, greeting guests with warmth and enthusiasm while staying aware of what is happening around you. You will actively engage with guests, answer questions, offer assistance, and help create the kind of “10/10” experience that makes people feel supported and valued.

A key part of this role is supporting our loss prevention efforts. This means maintaining awareness of guest traffic and store activity, noticing potential concerns, and responding proactively and professionally. You will help uphold company policies, procedures, and uniform standards while contributing to a safe, secure, and respectful environment for guests and staff.

You will also play an important role in front-of-house excellence, ensuring entrances, exits, common areas, and the café remain clean, organized, and visually appealing. From supporting smooth guest flow during peak hours to keeping signage, displays, seating areas, and service stations up to standard, your work helps set the tone for the whole market.

This role is best suited for someone who is friendly, confident, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. You do not need to be intimidating to be effective; your strength comes from being engaged, observant, approachable, and consistent.

Two years of customer service or retail experience is required. Previous loss prevention experience is an asset, but we are most interested in finding someone who loves working with people, takes pride in high standards, and understands the value of protecting both the guest experience and the business.
