Bubbies Sauerkraut: Bubbies Sauerkraut is naturally fermented using just cabbage, water, and salt! Sauerkraut has a distinct tangy, sour, and salty flavor that goes great on sandwiches, served with sausages, or with schnitzel. Spaetzle: Spaetzle are traditional Central European egg noodles. They are soft and chewy, perfect as a side to schnitzel with a creamy sauce. We carry Bechtle Spaetzle from Germany, a company founded in 1909. They make their pastas using traditional methods and high-quality ingredients. Find them in our grocery aisle!

Lepp's Angus Burgers: The weather is slowly warming up, and we are feeling like burgers! Our Angus burgers are made in-house and are just what you need for quick, delicious family meals. Our Black Angus Triple A cattle are raised in a lush valley near Cache Creek with no added growth hormones or steroids, so you can feel good about your burger.

House of Q: House of Q spice rubs and sauces are specially crafted and go deliciously on Lepp's beef. Available in a variety of flavors for all your seasoning needs. Created by BBQ Pitmaster Brian Misko, these award-winning sauces and spices are the best way to enhance your BBQ meats. Located in Vernon, BC, they are a favorite at the market!

Lepp's Schnitzels: Schnitzels are a traditional German dish consisting of a piece of meat, pounded thin and coated in breadcrumbs. Here at the market, we make Pork, Chicken, and Turkey schnitzels using locally raised meats. All of our Schnitzels are gluten-aware, using a rice crumb. Usually fried until golden, but they can also be baked if you want something a little lighter.

Sausage Of The Month: For this month's Sausage of the Month, we are featuring Roasted Garlic & Red Wine! Made with Fraser Valley Pork, Italian seasonings, roasted garlic, and red wine.  It will pair perfectly with your pasta dishes!

Breakfast Buddies: It's our take on a classic diner breakfast sausage, perfect with pancakes, waffles, and... just about anything. They're made fresh in-house by our sausage makers, using Lepp Farm-raised pork. Available in packs of 25 for $20. Grab them from our meat case!

Lepp's Stocks: Our housemade stocks are perfect for your favorite recipes! We make it using Lepp-raised meats and real ingredients. Available in Chicken, Beef, and Turkey. We slowly simmer our stocks to ensure that a nice, deep flavour develops. Perfect for creating gravies, sauces, and more. Find them in our freezer next to the cafe.

Lepp's Beef Pot Pies: Our single-serve beef pot pies are a perfect, easy lunch or dinner! Just heat and enjoy. Made in-house using Lepp-raised beef and real ingredients. Tender beef, fresh vegetables, and savoury gravy are wrapped up in a buttery, flaky crust. We love this on a cold day with a side salad! Pick some up in our freezer section.

Lepp's Bakehouse Foccacia: Focaccia is an Italian-style bread known for its airy texture and a crispy, golden crust. Made at Lepp's Bakehouse using Organic Canadian Flour and Italian Seasoning. It's delicious for dipping into olive oil & balsamic vinegar, as a side to pasta dishes, or for sandwiches!
