Our meat and deli clerks make our guests’ day through conversation, connection and laughter. It is more than just serving guests efficiently and accurately, it is doing so with a genuine interest in fostering community with our Lepp Farm Family.

Performance Expectations

Our meat and deli team take the stress out of shopping by knowledgeably answering questions, making suggestions and doing it all with a great attitude. They meticulously rotate the stock and follow procedures to ensure that only the freshest of products are being offered to our guests. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance to ensure that product handling is always within Food Safe standards.  Between serving guests, packaging food, mixing deli salads and working through the daily tasks, there’s never a dull moment. Winning as a team means filling in wherever needed, whenever possible.
