Our meat and deli team provide a great guest experience through great communication skills, confident in their cooking knowledge, sharing tips on how to prepare and cook different cuts of meat. Our team knows great food, recognizing when something just isn’t up to standards so that only the freshest of products are being offered to our guests. Successful meat and deli sales team members are masters of multi-tasking, working efficiently through the daily task list while prioritizing great guest experience. Winning as a team means filling in wherever needed, whenever possible.
- Food Safe Level One required within 3 months of hire.
- Must be able to properly lift 30lbs.
Relevant experience is always great, but we’re more interested in finding keen learners who genuinely love interacting with people; who are passionate and knowledgeable about cooking good food!
