3–4 lbs. chicken wings
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
½ cup soya sauce
4–5 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon onion powder
½ tablespoon black pepper (it sounds like a lot but gives it a nice kick)
1 cup maple syrup
Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over wings.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, stirring every 20 minutes.
Increase heat to 400 degrees. Uncover, bake another 15-30 minutes, stirring once or twice.
