This year, instead of hosting a big Easter dinner, we decided to host an Easter brunch! Get all your entertaining done in the morning and have the rest of the day to relax.

Sitting around the table with your loved ones to a delicious feast of breakfast foods after an Easter egg hunt is the best way to celebrate, and we’ve put together a list of some of our favorite brunch recipes! Bonus: a lot of them can be prepped ahead of time, so you don’t have to wake up early to cook a bunch of things.

Pick one or two mains and side items, then fill your table with some yummy extras from Lepp’s, like our double-smoked bacon, breakfast buddies, cinnamon rolls, muffins, paska bread, and fresh-cut fruit. Your table will be colorful, have a great mix of sweet and savory items, and everyone will be happy!

This casserole is extra decadent and is sure to impress your brunch guests. Not to mention, it’s hard not to ask for seconds! Thin crepes are layered with ham, cheese, bechamel sauce, and butter.

Affectionately known as the “John Deere Smoothie” in the Lepp Family, this one is a favorite for the kiddos and grown-ups alike! It tastes so good, they won’t even notice the sneaky healthy ingredients in this delicious breakfast smoothie.

At first, these potatoes appear to be ordinary roasted potatoes – but when you bite into each piece, the buttery softness that the Duck Fat provides is worth that extra ingredient.

Made with a fresh dill vinaigrette, this salad was made for Easter dinner but it would make a great brunch side dish as well. Make a few extra eggs in case they don’t peel well and because extras always make for a nice chef’s treat!

Everyone’s favorite Tex-Mex flavours make an easy and tasty brunch dish. Feel free to double the recipe when we’re able to have guests over to share a meal!

Do you have a crowd coming for breakfast?  Leftover bread going stale on your counter?  Then this is the perfect opportunity to create this delicious dish.  Prepare it ahead of time, and your morning is now free to spend with your loved ones! Plus, you can use any fruit in place of apples!

True to a typical Mennonite recipe, this makes a LARGE amount! That’s never a problem at our house, as they are usually all finished in one setting. However, leftover waffles can be lightly toasted the next day, and then it’s “leggo of my eggo!”

As the totally underrated, unassuming cornerstone of any brunch spread, quiche is a versatile dish. Cheesy and rich, yet light and delicate, each bite of this cheesy spinach quiche literally melts in your mouth.
