Adapted from Food 52, this delicious chowder is summer in a bowl. The poblano and jalapeno peppers give it a wonderful kick which is tamed by the addition of the cream.
For many years, our Lepp grown sweet corn was sold to you from our signature green Corn Shack. After many years of service, it fell apart after our 2018 corn season when we transported it back to the farm, so we decided to retire it. Though we no longer sell it from our Corn Shack, we still produce our sweet corn each and every year.
Lepp grown non-GMO corn is hand-picked daily, so we’re able to select the freshest and best cob for you to take home and enjoy! We grow Bi-Colour (sometimes called Peaches & Cream) on our two farms here in Abbotsford. It’s a super sweet variety, and honestly, not all that different in taste from yellow corn.
