Our green beans are grown on our farm in Sumas Prairie. They’re fresh, crisp, and delicious. Perfect for snacking on with a dip, or use them in a side dish with dinner tonight.

A twist on classic dilly beans, this recipe uses Thai chili peppers. With the fresh flavor of dill, garlic, and mustard seeds, these pickled beans are a great new addition to your summer spread.

These are delicious as a side dish, but they would make a luxurious appetizer served alongside a creamy aioli for dipping. And if you love the added crunch of a flaky salt, sprinkle on a bit of Maldon’s Flaked Sea Salt just before serving.

This recipe is a simple mix of a few Asian pantry staples and has become one of our family’s favourite ways to dress our farm-fresh summer green beans.

This nutty mix would be delicious served over any grilled or roasted veggies, but the flavours shine when spooned over Lepp’s farm-fresh green beans.
