Grown on Lepp Farms in the field right behind the market; each fall, our market begins to overflow with numerous varieties of pumpkins! From decorator pumpkins to those you can carve on a cold fall evening with family, you can choose from all different shapes and sizes.

This vintage recipe first appeared on Libby’s can of pumpkin puree to help sell their product and it has stood the test of time. It’s similar to a pumpkin cream cheese muffin, but better, as you get more of the delicious tangy, creamy filling.

These delicious muffins are a perfect place to use the pumpkin puree you’ve stashed in the freezer.  Make sure to let these moist muffins rest in the muffin tin for 15 minutes before you take them out to cool, or they may fall apart.
