Lepp’s Honey Wine Chorizo
I came across this recipe on one of our customer’s blogs and was instantly inspired to try it using the Smoked Chorizo from our meat department. Paired perfectly with Abbotsford’s Campbell’s Gold Honey, this spicy, sweet, and highly addictive dish is great for taking to any Christmas potluck.
Lepp’s Honey Wine Chorizo
Ingredients

2 Lepp’s Chorizo Sausage
1/2 cup white wine
3 tablespoons Campbell’s Gold Honey (or any other local honey)
Instructions
Peel the casing of the sausage and slice sausage on the diagonal.
Add all of the ingredients to a pan and cook on medium heat until the white wine is almost evaporated. This will take approximately 10 minutes. Make sure you don’t cook the sausages too quickly or the honey will burn.
