My Mom’s Mmmmarvelous Lepp’s Chicken Wings!

Scroll to the bottom for more details!

2 1/2 lbs. of Lepp’s Chicken Wings & Drumettes

1 cup Soy sauce

1 cup Roger’s Brown Sugar

1 cup water

1/2. tsp sesame oil

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 cloves minced garlic

3 chopped green onions

Preheat  oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all of the ingredients together in a plastic freezer bag, and add the chicken.  Marinate in the fridge for a  LONG TIME – at least over night!

While being careful to be food safe with your chicken, drain your the chicken from the marinade and bake on a sprayed broiler pan (line the bottom in tin foil) for 40-45 minutes, turning when your chicken no longer sticks.

When they look like the above picture, they are ready to be enjoyed (and unfortunately, shared!) You’ll have to hide them!

Note that very thankfully this recipe doubles easily. Trust me – you will need to!
