Ingredients
12-Pack of Lepp’s dinner rolls
200 grams deli roast beef
provolone cheese
crispy fried onions
for the butter topping:
8 Tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp Major beef base
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven 375.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, beef stock, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sesame seeds, onion powder.
Slice the dinner rolls in half without separating the rolls. Place the bottom halves onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Lay 6 slices of provolone cheese and roast beef onto the bottom halves of the dinner rolls. Top with crispy onions and the remaining 6 slices of provolone.
Place the tops of the dinner rolls onto the sliders.
Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the dinner rolls.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
Notes
Normally when you use Major Beef Stock you would follow the package directions and mix with water. For this recipe I did not do that, I mixed it directly into the butter.
