Selva Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa

For the Tacos:

Selva Shrimp Skewers (find these in our meat case!)

Solecito Corn Tortillas


For the Mango Salsa:

2 Ataulfo Mangoes

1/2 of a White Onion

Cilantro (to taste)

Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Squeeze lime juice


Place your Island Grillstone (available at the market) on the BBQ and turn the heat up high. Once the BBQ is hot, place the selva shrimp skewers on the Grillstone, about 1-2 minutes per side until they’re pink.

Chop the mangoes, white onion, & cilantro, and mix together with salt, pepper, and lime juice.

Assemble and enjoy.
