This one is great for a quick on-the-go breakfast or as an addition to your brunch spread. Plus, it’s customizable so you can add things like protein powder, chia seeds, your favorite nut butter, or any kind of milk!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of your favorite milk
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 large ripe frozen banana, chopped into chunks
  • 1  Tbsp of your favorite nut butter
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop of collagen powder


Instructions

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
