Grown on our orchard in Osoyoos, BC, the apricot season is so short that it can be an often overlooked fruit – but they’re so easy to work with, which makes them ideal for simple sauces & canning.

Honey Roasted Apricots make a lovely topping on yogurt, cheese, or cheesecake. You can also stir it into your favourite BBQ sauce and slather it on your favourite chicken or pork recipe.

This savoury jam is amazing, and pairs beautifully with meat dishes. It would also be delicious on a cheese board and makes a lovely hostess gift.
